For problems where the cause is not obvious, our Professional Diagnostic Service provides a deeper investigation to identify the source before repairs are recommended.
We diagnose water intrusion, hidden moisture, wood rot, sagging or bouncy floors, structural damage, crawl space moisture, waterproofing failures, foundation concerns, and load-bearing wall issues. Our team can then complete the structural repair, waterproofing, reconstruction, or remodeling needed to correct the problem and restore the property.
